When does Euro 2020 qualifying start, what date is the main tournament and where will the final be held?

WE’VE all got to wait four years for another World Cup – but at least we have the Euros to look forward to.

The 24 best sides in Europe will go head-to-head across 12 different nations as organisers mix it up to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the first Euros in 1960.

INTERNATIONAL sides have a bit more time than usual to recover from the World Cup before Euro qualifying starts.

The draw to decide the qualifying groups will be held on December 2, 2018.

And the first round of matches won’t take place until March 2019.

This means that all the qualifiers will be played between March 21, 2019 and November 19.

BREAKING from tradition, no one country is hosting the Euros.

Instead, the biggest and best venues across Europe will host different matches.

The final will be held at Wembley Stadium, with its 90,000-seat capacity.

There are 12 different venues listed for the finals, so for the first time no country will qualify automatically as hosts.
